This tells you how fine the filter is:
- 0.22 µm → Sterile filtration (removes bacteria, very fine).
- 0.45 µm → Removes fine particles, some bacteria.
- 1 µm → General fine filtration (yeast, larger particles).
- 5 µm → Coarse filtration (sand, rust, dirt, sediment).

The smaller the number, the finer the filtration.
