High Pressure Systems (0–1600 & 0–2500)

Systems: Industrial RO, Desalination, and Brackish water treatment.

• 0–1600 (16 Bar):

  • Usage: The discharge side of a high-pressure pump.

  • Application: Used for standard industrial RO membranes. These systems require high pressure to force pure water through the membrane. This gauge monitors the health of your high-pressure pump.

• 0–2500 (25 Bar):

  • Usage: Heavy-duty industrial RO and seawater systems.

  • Application: Used in systems where the water is very salty (brackish). As membranes age or foul, the pressure required to get water through increases. This gauge prevents the system from reaching “burst pressure.”
