Description
The “standard” O-ring for a 10-inch Big Blue (High Flow) filter housing is specifically designed to fit the wider 4.5-inch diameter sump. Unlike standard slimline housings that use a thin cord, Big Blue O-rings are significantly thicker to handle the higher water volume and pressure.
There are two primary “standards” you need to be aware of when buying a replacement: Single O-ring (the original standard) and Double O-ring (common in newer “Domestic Range” high-pressure models).
